Refund Policy

1. General Terms

We charge a small processing fee to manually review and verify biodata submissions. Since this review requires human resources, fees are non-refundable once review begins.

2. Profile Rejection

If a profile is rejected due to invalid NID or untruthful information, no refund will be issued.
